The Process

Peruse our options and place your order. This purchase includes at no extra cost: free shipping, color choices for band, dials, hands, and back rotors (if you've chosen an upgraded option). Your purchase also holds your spot for a one-on-one call with our watch-builder, Aren.
2.
Once you've placed your order, we will reach out to schedule a one-on-one call with you.

During your call, Aren will discuss your customization options in full, noting your choices for the watch face, rotors, bands, colors, etc. This is also where you will discuss your vision or preferences for the custom painted watch face, if you've purchased that package.
- If, during the call, you decide not to move forward, we will refund your purchase no questions asked.
- However, after the call, we place orders for the parts, so we cnanot issue a refund at that time.

Once the design is finalized, Aren will order your selected parts and once they arrive, he will get to work assembling your watch. If you've ordered a custom painted watch, Armineh will also paint the face. Lead times on your order will range from 13 to 20 days to account for parts shipping, painting time, quality assurance and careful building, and finally--delivery to you!

After the watch is assembled, Aren will ensure it is keeping time accurately over a few days.

After your watch is built, you will receive an update email.

We will send you another email with tracking information when we ship your unique piece.
