Do you design your watches yourself?
We are not involved in the conceptualization or manufacturing of these watches, or any of the part upgrades. We curate the offerings on this site from our wholesale retailer and carefully build watches to suit our customers' preferences.
If you are ordering a custom-painted face, that art is personally designed, hand-painted, and one-of-a-kind to your watch.
Are your watches waterproof?
While we do offer watch with screw-down crowns, we cannot guarantee that they are waterproof or water resistant. But why would you want to get such a beautiful watch wet anyways?
How long do I have to wait for my finished order?
Since we utilize parts from our retailer, build and/or paint your custom watch, and then ship the final piece directly to you, you can expect to receive your order anywhere from 13 days to 20 days. We will send you a confirmation email when you place the order, as well as a finalized shipment notification & tracking number when it is completed and on its way to you!
Where do you source your parts from?
We source our components from variety of global suppliers to ensure the best materials and provide a competitive price for our watches.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Currently, we only ship to the domestic continental United States.
If I want a custom painted face, how do I communicate what kind of art I want?
When you place your order and purchase the Custom Painted face upgrade, we will schedule a short consult call with you OR send you an email requesting information or any reference pictures you may have.
I like a watch you've already made--can I order that same one?
Yes! We are able to recreate any combination of these watch parts, so just reach out and let us know which one you were eyeing...even better, send us the screenshot or Instagram post.
The one caveat: if you like a painted watch face we've posted, feel free to voice that in your design call. However, it is important to note Armineh doesn't precisely recreate her work. She will however create a unique piece for you inspired by the design you fell in love with!
